RIT 1200 : TRIMMING BEADING FLANGING CURLING LOCK SEAMING RIBBING
Machines are manufactured to allow a wide range finishing operations on round pieces. Standard machines are vertical spindle and working plan for 4 unit, dimension 1800 x 2000mm. They are in different solution with power motor 7.5 until 11 kw and double speed. They have 8+8 speed by oil gear box, besides system safety stop and turn on is by electropneumamatically clutch and spring return. Special system to expansion holding tool by pneumatic cilynder. The electric power cabinet is fixed on machine. The operator control is in front and it is able to control 4 units, pressator, ejector/expulsor, clutch. The interface is by touch screen display without word only by icon. The cycle can be manage by time or round.
Standard machine is semiautomatic the operator load and unload the pieces the cycle is automatic. The beading machine can be manufctared in pneumatic or idraulic version.
